Setting and Backstory

This paragraph only contains one spoiler (the fact that our main character is schizophrenic)
I was thinking- we wouldn't tell them too much in the first draft, rather leave the explanation til later. If you disagree I'll add the spoilers when we meet up tomorrow. ~ Miya <3

  • Entire Story is set between two “Universes.” One a Hell Frozen Over, the other a so-called 'Normal Realm.'

  • The player is pushed back and forth between these two Realms due to his own insanity. He is trapped, continuously travelling between them until he can uncover the reason of why he is there.

  • Main Character is Schizophrenic, and these “Alternate Universes” turn out to not be real transitions of the body, but rather of the mind; whilst he is progressing along his journey to uncover the truth. Why is he haunted by these figures, flashes and transitions? Is there someone after him? What has he done to be agonized by these apparitions?

    Your (at least I think it was yours) first post (the one in the zip) was awesomely detailed and brilliant, but like you said, I'm not sure how much we want to put into this document.
